To do so, enable the Screen Mirroring on Insignia TV if you are using an Android mobile or Windows PC. iPhone, iPad & Mac users turn on the AirPlay on Insignia TV. Then, connect both the participating devices to the same WiFi network and follow these steps.
- Android Smartphone: Open the Notification panel/Quick Settings on your phone and select Screen Cast. Choose your TV name from the detected devices to start mirroring.
- iPhone & Mac: Whether you are using an iPhone or Mac, open the Control Centre and select the Screen Mirroring option. Then, select your TV’s name from the available devices to mirror the screen to your smart TV.
- Windows PC: Once you start up your PC, press the Windows + K keys and open the Cast pop-up. Click on your smart TV’s name from the discovered devices to start casting your entire screen to your TV.
- Once your respective device’s screen appears on your Insignia Roku TV, open a browser on the device & it will reflect on your TV screen. Now, you can use your TV as the display and your phone or PC as the controller and start browsing.
Using a web browser is a great way to access your favorite websites, view pictures, access your social media accounts, and watch YouTube shorts & Instagram reels on the big screen in superb quality. So, try the above methods of using a browser on your Insignia smart TV and see how you like it.
