How to Turn Off TCL TV Store Mode

If you still see advertising messages on your TCL Roku TV, navigate to Settings → System → Store Settings and uncheck the Show Store marketing messages option.
• TCL Fire TV: You have to reset TCL TV with Fire OS to disable Store or Demo mode since there is no dedicated option to do so. After resetting, when you set up the Fire TV again, choose the Home mode when prompted.

How to Turn Off TCL TV Store Mode Without a Remote
