Steps to Turn Off Store Mode on Different Hisense TV Models
I have provided steps to turn off store mode on all operating systems of Hisense TV. Look for the OS your TV is running on and follow the respective procedure.
Android TV OS
Android OS comes in several versions and iterations. The exact steps to turn off store mode in these devices vary slightly between each other. Here, I have given two examples of it.
- Press the Settings button on the remote → Go to System → Select Environment → Set it to Home. Then, toggle Off Auto Shop Mode.
- Select Settings → Click on Device Preferences → Tap Retail Mode → Click on Cancel.

Google TV OS
When your Hisense Google TV is in demo mode, follow the below steps to disable it. The procedure might slightly vary based on the version of Google TV OS you are using.
- Turn on your Hisense TV with Google OS. Click on Settings → Select System and go to Advanced Settings. Choose Location and select Home. Then, go back to the previous step and toggle off Auto Shop Mode.

Fire TV OS
While setting up, your Hisense Fire TV asks whether you are using it in your Home or Shop. If you have chosen the wrong option, the only way you can get your TV out of store mode is by factory resetting it. Roku OS
You need to factory reset Hisense TV with Roku OS to disable store mode, just like Hisense Fire TV. After resetting, you need to set up your Hisense TV from the beginning and set its Location to Home.
VIDAA OS
- To turn off the VIDAA TV that is already in store mode displaying random videos, press the Menu button on your remote → Select Home mode under Store Mode Settings → Click Confirm.
- If the TV is on the Home screen, go to Settings → System → Usage mode → Select Home mode → Click Agree in the next step.

XClass/Xumo
- To get your Hisnse XClass TV out of store mode, press Settings on your TV remote and go to Device settings. Now, select Store mode and turn it Off.
