How to Scan for Antenna Channels on Different Hisense TV Models
Hisense TV brand has many smart TV models with different operating systems. Hence, the process of scanning for channels will differ in each OS. So, follow the below guides according to your TV’s OS.
Hisense Fire TV
1. Use the remote or TV’s Power button to switch On your Hisense TV running on Fire OS.
2. From the home screen, navigate to the Settings menu and select Live TV → Channel Scan → Advanced Options. Click the Digital & Analog option and go back.
3. Select the Next button to start scanning for channels. Once the scanning is complete, select the Done button and press the Live TV button on your remote to access the channels.
Hisense Google TV
1. On the home screen, click the Gear icon to open Settings and select the Channel & Input option. Then, navigate to Channels → Channel Scan.
2. Under the Channel Scan menu, select the Country/Region option and make sure the correct Country is selected. Then, go back and select Scan Automatically.
3. Now, a pop-up will show up. Here, choose the following settings:
- Tuner Mode – Antenna
- Channel Type – Digital & Analog
4. Select the Search button to begin scanning. When it is over, click the Finish button and press the Live TV button on your remote to start watching local channels.
Hisense VIDAA TV
1. Once you enter the home screen, navigate to Settings → Channel → Tuner Mode and select Antenna.
2. Now, go back to the Channel menu and select Auto Scan to start scanning channels automatically.
3. After the scanning is done, select the Complete button, and you will be automatically directed to the Live TV channels.
Hisense Android TV
1. Head to the Settings menu & select Channel → Channels → Channel Scan. The TV will start scanning for available channels. Once done, go back to the home screen.
2. Locate the Live TV tile on the home screen and select it to start watching live channels. You can also press the Live TV button on the remote to access them.
Hisense Roku TV
1. On the Roku home screen, select the Live TV tile from the channels grid on the right side of the screen (or) navigate to Settings → Set up input → Antenna.
2. Now, the TV will start scanning. Once it’s done, select the Watch Live TV option to watch live channel broadcasts.
Hisense XClass (Xumo) TV
1. Once your TV is On, press the Gear icon button on your remote to open the Settings menu.
2. Select Antenna and inputs → Antenna → Scan for channels for the scanning to begin. After the scanning is complete, click the Continue button.
3. Now, press the Input/Source button on your remote and select the Antenna option to access the live channels.
