Insignia Fire TV
- Switch On your Insignia Fire TV and go to the Settings menu. Then, select the Device & Software/My Fire TV tile.
- Select the About option and highlight the Network option to locate the MAC address on the right side of the screen.
Insignia Roku TV
When it comes to Roku TVs, there are two ways to locate the MAC address. You can access the network settings or the system settings to find the MAC address. The navigation paths to these options are given below.
- Via Network Settings: Power On your Insignia Roku TV and choose the Settings option on the home screen. Then, select Network and highlight the About option to see the MAC address along with other information on the right side.
- Via System Settings: From the Roku home screen, go to Settings and select System → About. You can locate the MAC address at the bottom of the System info list.
Other Insignia Smart TV Models
If you have some other Insignia Smart TV model other than Fire or Roku, you can use the following method to locate the MAC address. This depends on the Menu options available on your respective TV.
- Turn On your Insignia TV and press the Enter/Menu button on your remote when the screen is blank. This will open the Menu options.
- Navigate to the Network option and select it. Select the Wired or Wireless option based on the type of WiFi connection you are using.
- Now, you can see the MAC address displayed as either an Ethernet Address or a Wired MAC Address.
