Philips Smart TV manufactures a lot of models, each one having a unique model number. This model number is useful when you are trying to identify your TV’s features as well as when you are contacting Philips Customer Support. Refer to the steps in this article and learn how to find the model number of your Philips TV.
Note: Remember that Philips Smart TVs can have the same model number, but each TV’s serial number is unique.
Find Philips TV Model Number Externally
1. If you still have the package box in which your TV came, you can find its model number printed there. Just look around the entire package for a white sticker with a few bar codes printed on it.
2. All Philips TVs have a sticker attached to their back in which their model number, along with the serial number and manufacturing date, is printed. It looks similar to the image given below.
3. TV models that were launched in or after 2019 have an additional sticker pasted behind the bottom left corner of the screen. It has the Philips TV’s Serial Number and Modal Number along with a QR Code. This QR Code, upon scanning, displays the model and serial numbers.
Find the Philips TV Model Number via Settings
The model number is also provided in the TV’s Settings. The procedure to access it varies between each OS. Here’s how we do it.
Philips Android TV / Philips Google TV
The following steps apply to both Philips Smart TV that runs on Android TV OS and Google TV OS. Here’s how.
1. Turn on Philips TV and go to the Settings.
2. Click Help and Feedback and select Help in that.
3. Tap on Stats & Diagnostics and click on System Information. In that, you can see your Philips TV’s Model Number.
Philips Roku TV
1. Get to your Roku TV’s Settings and click on System.
2. Then, select About.
3. In the following screen, you can see your Philips Smart TV’s Model Number. It is similar to the image I’ve given below.
